How much does CRM implementation cost beyond the licence?

For most B2B organisations, the software licence represents only 30–40% of first-year CRM investment. The remaining 60–70% covers implementation, data migration, custom integrations and training. Data migration alone costs 5–50k PLN+ depending on volume. Each API integration (bidirectional) runs 10–50k PLN. Our implementations start at 4,000 PLN (Starter) and reach 120,000 PLN+ for enterprise-scale projects.

How long does CRM implementation take?

A lean HubSpot setup for a 10-person team: 3–5 weeks. Full mid-market implementation with integrations: 6–10 weeks. Enterprise-scale Salesforce or Dynamics: 10–24 weeks. Custom CRM: 3–9 months. Timeline depends on data volume, integration complexity, and internal client availability.

We already have a CRM that nobody uses. Can you fix it?

Yes. Low adoption is the most common CRM problem we fix. We start with a CRM Rescue: audit the configuration, identify why teams avoid it (usually poor UX, missing automation, or a setup that doesn't reflect real workflows), rebuild the relevant parts, retrain, and monitor adoption for 30 days.

Who owns the CRM data and configurations after the project?

You do. Always. Every contract explicitly states that the client owns the CRM portal, all data and all custom configurations. All custom code is delivered in a client-owned Git repository. You can export your full data at any time. There is no lock-in — you can change partners without rebuilding the system.

Can you connect the CRM to our ERP (SAP / Comarch / Dynamics)?

Yes. ERP ↔ CRM integrations are our specialty for B2B clients. We build bidirectional sync: orders, invoices, inventory, customer data — all visible in CRM without leaving the system. We work with SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Dynamics Business Central, Comarch ERP XL, Enova365 and Sage.

Which CRM should I choose: HubSpot or Salesforce?

For 80% of our clients HubSpot is the better choice: faster launch, better UX, lower TCO. Salesforce wins at 100+ users, complex multi-team processes, global operations, and when the client already has an existing Salesforce ecosystem. Microsoft Dynamics wins when the company is deep in Microsoft 365 or needs on-premises / EU data residency. We make platform recommendations after an audit — we don't sell a preferred platform.

Does data migration destroy history?

Not when done correctly. We migrate full history: notes, emails, call logs, relationships. We do a full source crawl, test migration on 10% of records with relationship verification, and after full migration — a zero data loss audit (record counts + relationships + files). A 1–2 week parallel run (old system read-only) eliminates risk.

What is RevOps and do we need it?

Revenue Operations is the function that aligns sales, marketing and customer success around shared data, processes and KPIs. CRM is its foundation. If your company has 15+ reps and separate sales + marketing teams, RevOps architecture (MQL/SAL/SQL definitions, team SLAs, multi-touch attribution) will turn the CRM into a true revenue machine.

Do you work with AI features like Einstein or HubSpot AI?

How do you handle GDPR compliance in the CRM?

GDPR is built into the architecture from day one: consent field mapping, opt-out workflows, right-to-erasure automation, consent tracking timeline. For custom CRM we build a full audit log.
