Is a custom CRM more expensive than HubSpot/Salesforce?
With a small user count (up to 50) — usually yes. With 200+ users on Salesforce Enterprise, the 3-year TCO (licences + implementation + support) often exceeds the cost of building a custom CRM. Custom CRM has no monthly per-seat licence cost.
How long does it take to build a custom CRM?
MVP (basic CRM): 3–4 months. Full CRM with integrations: 6–12 months. Multi-tenant SaaS: 12–24 months. We use an iterative approach — first demo after 6–8 weeks, not after a year.
Will I be dependent on you after the project ends?
No. We hand over the full source code, technical documentation, and deployment guide. You can pass the system to any development team. Dev retainer is optional, not required.
What technology do you use to build CRM?
We match the stack to requirements: Next.js + Node.js/TypeScript + PostgreSQL is our most common choice for web CRM. Python/FastAPI for AI-heavy projects. Go for high performance. We can work on a stack you specify.
Can you build AI into the CRM?
Yes — lead scoring (ML), sales forecasting, AI call summaries, email parsing to contacts, customer chatbot. We use OpenAI/Claude API or custom fine-tuned models.
