Do I need an IT department to implement this?
No. Most of our clients have no in-house IT. We deliver a fully working system with documentation and training. You can manage basic settings independently.
Is my data safe? Where is it processed?
It depends on the solution. We can deploy fully on-premise or in a private VPC with no data leaving your infrastructure. For external APIs we sign DPA agreements. For enterprise, we offer self-hosted models.
How long does implementation take? When do I see results?
Proof of Concept: 3–5 days. Full deployment: 1–4 weeks depending on complexity. First results are visible immediately after the PoC launch.
Can I start with one process and scale up?
Yes — and that's our recommended model. We start with a Quick Win (one workflow with fast ROI) that forms the foundation for a larger system.
What if the agent makes a mistake?
All systems have validation, logging, and alerts. For critical processes we use human-in-the-loop — agent proposes, human approves. We monitor performance post-deployment.
