Who is the controller
The controller of data collected via cookies on agencyzenora.com is Agency Zenora sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Złota 75A / 7, 00-819 Warsaw, Poland), KRS 0001254674, NIP PL5273228584. Full registration details are in our Legal Notice. Personal-data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device while you use the site. Alongside cookies we also use similar technologies: localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels and tags. They are all governed by the same rules described in this policy, in accordance with Articles 399–400 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and the EU ePrivacy framework, and — for personal data — the GDPR.
Legal basis and consent
Strictly necessary cookies are used without consent — they are required for the site to work correctly. All other categories (analytics, marketing) are activated only after you give freely granted consent in the cookie banner. Declining does not restrict access to the site's content.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time — click below or in the site footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Categories and cookie inventory
Necessary (no consent required)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| zenora-cookie-consent | Agency Zenora | Stores your cookie decision (localStorage) | until cleared |
| zenora_exit_dismissed | Agency Zenora | Hides the contact popup for the current session (sessionStorage) | session |
| zenora_exit_converted | Agency Zenora | Suppresses the contact popup after you reach out (localStorage) | 30 days |
The site also uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — performance-measurement tools that work without cookies and without cross-site user identification (aggregated, anonymised data).
Analytics (consent required)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google (GA4) | Distinguishes users — visit statistics | 2 years |
| _ga_<ID> | Google (GA4) | Persists measurement session state | 2 years |
Marketing (consent required)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Google Ads | Ad performance measurement (conversions) | 3 months |
| IDE | Google (doubleclick.net) | Ad personalisation and measurement | 13 months |
| Calendly cookies | Calendly LLC | Powers the meeting-booking widget | per Calendly policy |
Note: Google Ads cookies (_gcl_au, IDE) are only set when we run active Google Ads campaigns. In the current configuration, after analytics consent the site sets only Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga). Calendly cookies appear only after you open the booking widget.
Embedded content (e.g. Calendly, and maps or video in future) loads only after you consent to marketing cookies — until then we show a placeholder with a one-click option to load the content. YouTube videos are embedded via youtube-nocookie.com.
Google Consent Mode
The site uses Google Consent Mode v2. Until you give consent, all consent signals sent to Google tools are set to “denied”, meaning Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads store no cookies and collect no user identifiers. Moreover, the Google script is not downloaded at all until you grant analytics consent. Your decision in the banner updates these signals according to the categories you choose.
Data recipients and transfers outside the EEA
Data collected by analytics and marketing cookies is received by Google Ireland Ltd. (and, within the group's infrastructure, may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA) and by embedded-content providers (Calendly LLC — USA). Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Managing cookies in your browser
Independently of our banner, you can manage cookies in your browser settings (blocking, deleting, private mode). Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly, including remembering your preferences.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever the tools we use change. We will announce material changes by showing the consent banner again. The date and version of the current policy appear at the top of this page.
