WooCommerce or Shopify — how to choose?
WooCommerce if: you need Allegro, InPost, Polish ERP integrations, want to avoid transaction fees (Shopify charges 0.5–2% with external gateways), have specific B2B logic or unlimited SKUs. Shopify if: fast launch and easy management is a priority, and you don't need deep integration with the Polish market.
What hosting do you recommend for WooCommerce?
For stores up to 200 orders/day: LiteSpeed shared (Webdock, SiteGround PL, Cyber Folks). For larger: VPS with LiteSpeed or Nginx (Hetzner, OVH) with Redis, optionally Cloudflare. For enterprise: dedicated server or Kubernetes. We include hosting setup in the project scope — we don't leave clients alone with infrastructure.
Does WooCommerce scale to large stores?
Yes — WooCommerce handles stores with hundreds of thousands of SKUs and thousands of orders per day, but requires proper infrastructure: Redis/Memcached cache, database optimization, CDN, proper hosting. Without optimization WooCommerce can be slow. With good architecture — performant and scalable.
