How much should I spend on ads to start?
We recommend a minimum of 3,000 PLN/mo. per channel so the algorithms have statistical data to learn from. Below that threshold campaigns work, but optimization is harder. For both channels simultaneously: 5,000–8,000 PLN/mo. is a reasonable start.
When will I see first results?
First data appears within 24–72h of launch. Meaningful insights — after 4 weeks (time for learning phase). Full campaign effectiveness assessment after 90 days. We don't promise results in a week — that would be dishonest.
Can I start with just one platform?
Yes. We often start with Google Search (because it captures existing demand) and add Meta when we have data and creatives. Sometimes the reverse. The decision depends on your business, not our fee.
Who owns the ad account?
You. Always. You have full access to Google Ads and Meta Business Manager from day one. We write it into the contract. When you leave, the account and all historical data stays with you.
Is the agency fee included in the ad budget or separate?
Separately. The ad budget goes directly to Google and Meta — it doesn't pass through us. The agency fee is a separate invoice for our work. You always know exactly how much you pay for ads vs. management.
What is the minimum contract duration?
We work on monthly contracts with one month's notice. We don't use annual lock-ins or early termination penalties. We believe clients stay because of results, not contract clauses.
Do you produce creatives — graphics and video?
Yes. We produce static graphics, carousels, banners, and Reels-first video (9:16, up to 15s) for Meta. Ad copywriting is always included. Extended video production (commercial, UGC with actors) is priced separately.
How does tracking and GDPR compliance work?
We implement Consent Mode v2 — users can refuse cookies, yet we model conversions in line with Google and Meta guidelines. Conversions API works server-side, without cookie dependency. Full GDPR compliance.
Do you help with landing pages?
Yes. We audit existing landing pages and pinpoint what's hurting conversion. We can create dedicated campaign landing pages — in-house or in collaboration with our web team.
Do you work with Performance Max and Advantage+?
Yes — and we understand how these campaigns work under the hood. PMax and Advantage+ only win with a good signal feed: tracking, conversions, and creatives. We manage the quality of input to the algorithm, not just report clicks.
What if results are unsatisfactory?
There's a one-month notice period — you can leave without consequences. In practice we first do a full diagnosis: tracking, creative, landing page, offer. Campaigns rarely "don't work" — more often one piece of the puzzle is missing.
