The challenge

AgroHurt took wholesale orders almost entirely by phone during business hours. Calls during peak agricultural season went unanswered, order entry lagged behind demand, and the team had no self-serve option for repeat buyers who already knew what they wanted.

Our solution

We built a WooCommerce B2B storefront for self-serve ordering, then layered an AI voice agent (Vapi + ElevenLabs) on the order line that answers calls, quotes pricing, and books orders 24/7 — escalating anything unusual to a human. n8n syncs every AI-taken order straight into WooCommerce, no manual entry.
